HONEY AND ME

If there is something in life that makes me feel good, it would be beauty. I love beauty, beautiful men and women, place, objects, animals and plants. Beauty is never complicated for me, it’s an original creation and must be nurture seriously and carefully.

With life demand of working time up 16 hours currently and being exposed to different carrier of pollution, at the end of the day I may not be stress but my face will tell you that I am not beautiful.

With much effort on yoga, massage and music therapy, now I am enjoying the abundant beauty benefits of honey face overnight mask coupled with fresh milk face cleansing and strawberries face rinsing.

It’s not tiring cause before sleeping it will only take 3 to five minutes to prepare my face to sleep, then wake up beautifully.

Why honey? For almost 6 years now (now is 2011) I have been so passionate about wellness, natural beauty and healthy living by yoga and massage. If we look deeper and search over thousands of online available resources about honey, it boils down to the main and unique elements that honey has and what it does to health.

Amazing honey elements includes:
- Natural healing agent enzymes called glucose oxidase, that when combined with water, produces hydrogen peroxide, a mild antiseptic

- Antioxidants

- Flavonoids that may function as antibacterial agents.

- A humectant - great natural moisturizer

Honey provides a calming effect without irritating the skin.

2. There should be a reception center attended by qualified and trained staff with a lounge area commensurate with the size of the spa.
3. There should be clean and separate washroom areas for male and female clients.
4. The spa should be able to provide: different types of massages, steam, sauna, water baths and other spa treatments.
5. Locker and treatment rooms should be separate for male and female clients.
6. There should be suitable facilities and provisions for the disabled, a well-stocked first aid cabinet, an employees' lounge, backroom operations, adequate supply of linens, towels and garments, etc.

Tea - Camellia sinensis plant

Tea - Camellia sinensis plant

There are at least six varieties of tea: white, yellow, green, oolong, black, and pu-erh
The term "red tea" refers to an infusion made from either black tea (mainly in Chinese, Korean, Japanese and other East Asian languages) or the South African rooibos plant (containing no Camellia sinensis).

Tea is traditionally classified based on the techniques with which it is produced and processed.]
• White tea: Wilted and unoxidized
• Yellow tea: Unwilted and unoxidized, but allowed to yellow
• Green tea: Unwilted and unoxidized
• Oolong: Wilted, bruised, and partially oxidized
• Black tea: Wilted, sometimes crushed, and fully oxidized
• Post-fermented tea: Green tea that has been allowed to ferment/compost flavored variants, such as bergamot (Earl Grey), vanilla, caramel, and many others.
