MICCOH MUDNESS
MICCOH stands for milk, choco, cofee and honey.
As i search over the net about honey, i was astound by its countless benefits and amazing wellness power. From its healing properties, anti-aging to weight loss, i can say that i am in the right track. for more detail look up: http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/
This 2011 late of February, i have personally started an overnight MICCOH MUDNESS face mask. As life has been so demanding of my time which i spend more than 16 hours of work daily and it exposes me to various pollutant carrier that causes not only stress but physical degradation. And gosh, it shows in the face!
Moreover, to have more balancing effect i have added choco, coffee, milk , oats and egg for my face mask.
Benefits from coffee:
•The exfoliation removes the dead skin cells.
•Makes skin smooth and silky.
•Improves blood circulation.
•Gives a glow of freshness.
•It also acts as a cellulite scrub and helps remove the fluids present between fat cells and hence, diminishes the cellulite. see: http://naturecure.ygoy.com/2010/04/13/what-are-the-benefits-of-coffee-mask/
Chocolate Diary
Chocolate has several ingredients which can potentially affect your skin. Cocoa beans, of which chocolate is made, are high in antioxidant phenolic phytochemicals (polyphenols), including flavonoids, procyanidin, and resveratrol. Not all chocolate is high in flavonoids, however. For example, white chocolate has no flavonoids while dark, high-cocoa-content chocolate has much higher flavonoids than does milk chocolate.
Chocolate also contains fats such as cocoa butter or shea butter. Both of these are used routinely as topical moisturizers and as anti-inflammatory agents. Shea butter can also used as a skin softener.
Most studies of the health benefits of chocolate have looked at anti-inflammatory and cardiovascular effects of eating it, not the benefit of applying to your skin. I did however find one study* which showed that topical application of cocoa plant extracts containing polyphenols and xanthine derivitives prevented wrinkles from forming in mice who were exposed to ultraviolet light. If nothing else, it would be a delicious, relaxing treatment. That is, if you can keep yourself from licking it off. see: http://thedermblog.com/2008/03/24/leftover-chocolate-bunnies-make-a-chocolate-facial/
MILK for me
Cleopatra knew the benefits of milk for the skin. Her famous milk baths stand as a legend still today. Milk is a natural exfoliant and skin softener, and an ingredient in many skin care products.

Oat not to Forget
The edible grains of a widely grown cereal grass, oats (avena sativa) appear in many beauty products. People appreciate their soothing, anti-inflammatory properties. Come to think of it, that's another childhood memory. When I got the chicken pox my mom popped me into an oatmeal and baking soda bath to relieve the itching. Oats are also highly absorptive, hypoallergenic, and help to soften skin. They have the best amino acid balance of all the cereal grains (amino acids work as water-binding agents in skin care products). Oats have also been clinically shown to help heal dry, itchy skin. Oat grains and straw appear in shampoos, dusting powders, moisturizers, and cleansing bars and that's just the start of a list! see: http://www.pioneerthinking.com/oatmealbeauty.html
IN MY egg goodness
•Egg whites are a good source of protein, and thus can be used to heal and rebuild the skin and reduce or eliminate acne.
•Egg whites contain the enzyme Lysozyme, which has been found to stop spoilage and acts as natural preservative in certain foods. This characteristic is thought to carry over into skin care, preserving the skin's natural elasticity and tightening pores.
•The protein content in egg whites help to absorb excess oil in the skin, leaving the face toned and fresh but not shiny. In fact, egg whites can also be applied to the face as a mild astringent.
•In the book, "The Doctors Book of Home Remedies II," Dr. Jerome Z. Litt, assistant clinical professor of dermatology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, says egg whites can provide a temporary reduction in wrinkles. The protein hides wrinkles and gives skin a smoother look.
